Glanmire Parish Assembly is a body of people, priests and parishioners who have accepted their nomination by their peers, to lead and support the development of the parish as a faith community. Delegates are nominated for a three-year term (the parish priests are members by virtue of their office). At the start of each three year term, the group spends time reflecting on the parish and its needs, and preparing a plan of development for the parish. We call this the Formation Programme. The Glanmire Parish Assembly has a pastoral council which has representatives of the each of the assembly's four working groups. Parish Pastoral Council members are: - John Ryan, Chair

Fr Ted Sheehan CC The Parish Finance Committee advises and assists the Parish Priest in the administration of the ecclesiastical goods of the parish in a spirit of service to God and his people. Its functioning is regulated by the Code of Canon Law and by the statutes of the Diocese. |
